You hear about the oceans being polluted and are concerned,
but you don't become an activist.
What can one person do to help protect the environment?

  • Don't litter (and pick up litter where you see it, if possible)
  • Don't polute the air with aerosol sprays if you have a choice.
  • Recycle paper, glass and plastics.
  • Quit poluting water with detergents (safe laundry alternative)
  • Take a canvas bag to carry your shopping.
